This week has been interesting, 2 of our projects are up for sale in the market! After we found out about Hawthorn House yesterday, we were informed that our 2008 project Evandale House is also on the market now, through Jellis Craig Benninson MacKinnon real estate agent. Similar to the Hawthorn House, Evandale House has been featured in numerous publications, such as: Australian House and Garden, Urbis (New Zealand), Affordable Architecture & The Sunday Age.

The open for inspection will start from this Saturday, and the auction is at 11.00am on 25th May 2013, for more detail click here.

Another one of our project is on the market for sale, it is our Hawthorn House. The project was completed in 2007, and has been featured in numerous national and international publications, such as Houses, The Sunday Age, 100 Dream Houses from Down Under & Renovated Spaces (Spain)

The house is listed for sale via Jellis Craig real estate agent, and will be under the hammer at 2.00pm on Saturday 25 May 2013, unless sold prior. For further detail and open for inspection times, please click here.

As part of this year's Australian Institute of Architects Awards entry, we are required to submit a 60 seconds film of our project Pulse Apartments in the Residential Multiple category.

AND Speaker Series is a program runs at the Melbourne School of Design of the University of Melbourne, we are honoured to be invited again this year to speak to the students and the staffs about our design approach and experiences.
