Comprising 27 apartments of predominately 2 bedroom typology across 4 storeys, Nero is an alternative take on the typical apartments around the Bayside and Highett area. Integrated ground-level landscaping, common terrace areas, dual-entries and the full care needed so as to retain and sustain the life-blood of an existing significant Smooth-Barked Apple Tree. EAT has designed the entire building as well as the full interior design package, in-house.
