Completed (2011)A 165m2 compact single family house in the city fringe suburb of Kensington, the house is sunken into the ground to achieve a lofty living space which faces an intimate central courtyard. Sequentially, a 2 storey addition is built right up to the rear boundary, which is perceived as a single storey from the laneway.
