Status
WIPSmithy Loft is a warehouse in Collingwood bought by a couple seeking a vibrant place to retire. A previous conversion had masked the beauty of the original structure: our proposal seeks to expose and celebrate the form of the warehouse. The conversion centres around a large internal courtyard where translucent glass fins control both the ingress of light and privacy.
