A 300m2 family house in the eastern suburb Blackburn surrounded by gum trees, comprising of 2 very distinctively separated residential quarters but yet with a presence of commune living  through the introduction of a ‘connected space’. The design is humble and respectful of the surrounding landscape, a modernist ideological approach to dwelling design - “living in landscape”.  Landscape design by Phillip Johnson Landscapes.
